517 Cedar Street building is centrally located in downtown Santa Cruz.

Build in 2011, the building has 17 well designed studio apartments situated over two floors and a controlled access ground floor parking garage.

 

Each floor has eight single-residence studio apartments  as well as a communal study room and laundry room with coin-operated washer and dryer. The studios are approximately 300 sq ft. with a large closet, kitchen area and full bathroom.
